Organization of the Book

Change Management for Risk Professionals consists of three sections (i.e., grouped chapters) and several examples in the appendices. Part one (i.e., Chapters 13) establishes the foundation of change management for risk professionals, conceptual frameworks of change management, and various issues concerning change. The established foundation provides the reader with the necessary understanding to proceed with more complex issues surrounding change management. Special attention is given to the resistance to change and change initiative failures.
