Victim/Creator
I create my reality. Really?
Emotional intelligence, at its core, highlights my ability to make a distinction between seeing myself as a victim to what just happened and, therefore, only able to blame others. Or am I able to see myself, at least, as a cocreator and, therefore, able to own my part of any situation?
Victim/Creator* is a profound and simple way to help a group claim its power and work toward greater ownership in pursuit of its goals.
