What Are the Challenges for the Financial Services Industry?
The two previous chapters were very much focused on discussing the structure of the financial services industry and how technology has helped shape the industry. This chapter is very much looking into the future by discussing the ten key challenges that will need to be tackled head-on.
The ten challenges are summarized in Figure 4.1 below and are explored further in this chapter.
