Add. to "Mac OS, Windows, ... heading section

A suggestion to put everyone on the same page for inexperienced editors: give a brief intro. to the appearance of Wikipedia for non-logged-in users. While there is now a default (Vector) putting the "search" box on the right, a choice of the other three (Monobook, Modern, Cologne Blue) moves the search box back to the left bar (referred to in most discussions in the book). This means either:

1. Discussing briefly the way to change the preferences/appearance option to put things back to where the book is, or...

2. Redo all book references to the search bar to make it "...on the right" instead of on the left.

This point in the foreword might be the best place to avoid confusing people later.

Saying, "The reason is that the software found within the brackets both a URL and some following text." is incorrect. It should say "The reason is that the bracketed URL and text are within reference (<ref>...</ref>) tags.". The numeric tag occurs with or without text after the URL.
