Sprint Backlog Anti-Patterns

Introduction

While the Product Backlog has a simple structure, it contains the work the Scrum Team deems necessary to accomplish the Product Goal at any given moment in time; the Sprint Backlog has a more challenging nature; see Figure 11.1.
