This book is a sequel to Bob’s book, The Secret to Maximizing Profitability – A Business Novel on How to Successfully Combine the Theory of Constraints, Lean, and Six Sigma to Drive Profit Margins to New Levels. Several of the readers of Bob’s last book asked him to write a sequel as he had previously done by making Focus and Leverage the sequel to Epiphanized: A Novel on Unifying Theory of Constraints, Lean, and Six Sigma, two of his other books. This book will, once again, deliver a strong message on the impact the Theory of Constraints can have on all improvement initiatives, no matter what type of company you work in.
