Leveraging Resources for Consulting Projects
A smaller organization can supplement its limited resources by leveraging its needs and resources. While not all strategies will be applicable to your organization, here are some suggestions:
• Group external and internal data collection and analysis tasks as much as possible to avoid redundancy and achieve economies of scale.
• Search for extra funding from departments or groups with a stake in the outcome (e.g., women’s issues, diversity initiatives, or quality certification projects).
