Facilitating Productive Meetings

Ask any group of managers and supervisors to list their top three most time-consuming activities and “unproductive meetings” always surfaces in their lists. These same managers and supervisors regretfully admit that about half their time in meetings is wasted. Unfortunately, we never know ahead of time which half of the meeting is going to be the productive half. If it were known, we could plan accordingly and better manage our time!
