Feedbacking Information

Intrapersonal processing—exploring, understanding and acting—is incomplete until feedback from acting is recycled. Feedback information is received and reprocessed as new input to the intrapersonal processing system. It serves to generate more extensive exploring of human experience, more accurate understanding of human goals, and more productive acting upon human programs.

Feedback should be relevant to the helping goal. That is to say, the feedback provides information about their levels of performance. Feedback provides information relevant to the original helping goal.
