This chapter will focus on the concept of failure and how to mitigate it. Failure is defined as: “the lack of success.” The main obstacle to success is fear of failure. Failure, success, and fear work hand in hand. However, because, as mentioned in Chapter 4, everyone’s definition of success is different, failure too will have a different meaning for different people and there are different ways to mitigate fear of failure.
