Log File on iOS Devices
By default, there is no log file on an iOS device. To get a log file on an iOS device, you must shake the iOS device, which then shows the options displayed in Figure 8.37.

You can easily email the log files to the proper individuals. You need to have at least one email account configured on the device.
You can disable the shake gesture from Settings -> Comp Portal -> Shake gesture: off.
