I have had my fair share of people copying what I do in business over the years. It has usually been someone I worked with or met at an event. When you see a competitor set up a similar business and offer the same services as you do, it can be beyond frustrating.
However, another way of looking at it is that this sort of competition can also be healthy. It stops us from becoming complacent and can lead to having a stronger, more resilient, business in the long term. It may even help to raise awareness of and grow your niche, creating more opportunities for everyone.
