Breaking Down Tasks Into Manageable Parts

You’ll find running a business is easier when you have smaller, more manageable, parts to work with and can put similar activities into groups. This is how I organized what I wanted to say into a book. The chunks became pages, then chapters. I knew that writing it would be a long project so I needed a plan, and to make sure I didn’t forget to include any of the content I wanted to. Doing it this way also makes it easier to work on more than one project at a time.

You can use this process in any area of your life, personally or professionally. Consider first of all how much time you can devote to each project or parts of it, and apportion your day or week accordingly. ...
