Strategy in an Uncertain Age

We’ve talked about strategy throughout the book. This appendix offers a deep dive into the logic and structure of the four-questions model that we wrote about in chapter 1. The four questions don’t replace the traditional models and tools of strategy; they simply reorganize much of this thinking in a way that reflects how today’s organizations ought to think about strategy. We begin, as we have done throughout the book, with a business story that highlights the importance of the topic.
