Conflict Climate Index
All workplaces have conflict. However, not all know how, nor are they ready, to constructively use conflict moments to help improve their workplace. The following conditions can significantly increase your capacity to use conflict toward constructive means. The Conflict-Management Climate Index is derived from the work of Robert P Crosby and John Scherer.
Purpose: To evaluate your organization with regard to its conflict management climate and implement a plan to ensure better outcomes.
