About This Book

This book synthesizes the work of Robert P Crosby and my years of ­Organization Development experience. Many of the activities presented are scattered throughout the books Strategic Organizational Alignment; Walking the Empowerment Tightrope; Cultural Change in Organizations (CCIO); Fight, Flight, Freeze (FFF); and Leadership Can Be Learned. The rest are from experiences throughout my career.
