Introduction

Deliverables are dependent on the distribution deal you have. There will be various types of output from the final mix. The most important is the composite master, which is what you could transfer to your NLE (Non-Linear Editing) and synchronize it up with the picture and then output both composited together for distribution. If the deal calls for a Dolby-encoded soundtrack, then you need to have that done at a Dolby-approved studio. Dolby is a system for achieving a high standard of audio reproduction.
