Simple Examples
Abstract
In this chapter, a number of small projects are scheduled and analysed using both activity on arrow and activity on node manual methods. The examples given include getting up in the morning, a loft conversion, a stock-control system and a small pipe bridge. The ability to reduce the overall construction time by these methods is clearly shown, and dramatically so, in the last example of the small pipe bridge.
