Preparing for Delivery

We were in San Francisco on the top floor of our corporate headquarters in the boardroom, admiring the breathtaking view of the bridge and the bay. It was late afternoon. Our executive team was there to rehearse our division’s annual business review presentation for the CEO and his direct reports early the next morning.
