A reader’s guide to the chapters
This book is divided into three parts. Part I, Leveraging the Framework for Inclusive Interactions to Improve Performance and Equity, provides an overview of the book, its key arguments, and central framework, the Framework for Inclusive Interactions. Part II, Moving from Diversity to Inclusion: Evidence-Based Guidance for Making Diversity and Inclusion Work, presents key theory and research evidence from multiple disciplines that present the Framework’s conceptual underpinnings. Part III, Achieving Sustainable Inclusion: Multilevel Outcomes, highlights case examples of the Framework in practice and discusses how organizations can achieve sustainable inclusion using the practices discussed in the book.
