3.6 TYPES OF PLANNED CHANGE
There are three types of planned change—individual, group, and organisational (Fig. 3.4). A planned change at the individual level could stem from:

A planned change at the group level could take place due to:
- Trade unions
- Inefficient work design
- Lack of communication in the organisation work environment
