Activity Equals Results
All business, whether that is a one man operation or a company with one hundred thousand employees, is made up of people doing things. That is, people expending energy in the business in the form of activities. Whether it be answering the phone, sorting the mail, making the sales calls, writing the blogs, responding to e-mails or a plethora of activities that could be mentioned here.
