A. Applications
The first step in constructing a station, changing its facilities, or selling it to another party is the filing of an application on the appropriate form. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) Web site sets forth the current FCC application forms that broadcasters must use. Applications often require filing fees as well, in amounts specified by the Commission from time to time.
