Publishing Your Calendar as a Web Page

You can publish your calendar as an HTML file by clicking File and then choosing Save As Web Page. In the Save As Web Page dialog box, shown in Figure 36-17, you can specify the date range included, whether to include details, the background graphic, the calendar title, and the file name.

  • Duration. You can specify start and end dates to limit how much of your calendar is saved in the Web page.

  • Options. In this area, you can choose whether to include appointment details as well as select a background graphic for the Web page.
