Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Outook
The integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Outlook is known officially as “Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Outlook.” However it is commonly referred to as “the Outlook connector,” and it brings Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 into Outlook for a single and unified user experience.
Unlike other applications (or competitors), users can use Microsoft Dynamics CRM within Microsoft Outlook. Additional benefits include
