Subjects

Subjects relate to the individual topics that make up your organization. They provide context and are a required relation when working with and creating the following entities:

• Cases

• Sales Literature

• Knowledge Base Articles

• Products

Generally, Subjects include information related to these entities and are hierarchal in nature (see Figure 12.15).

To create new Subjects, select the node that is the parent of the new Subject on the Subject Tree, and then select Add a Subject. By default, the Parent Subject populates with the Subject previously selected. Enter a value in the Title and ...
