Scheduled Reports
SRS has many advanced features that are closely integrated in this version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. For example, you can schedule report execution.
This is a great feature that many organizations use to proactively receive data. For example, the CFO typically would like to see all orders entered into the system for the week—SSRS can generate this report automatically every Friday morning and then e-mail the report to the CFO, with no user intervention, so that when he arrives in the office in the morning there is an e-mail from CRM with the report attached.
To access this feature from the Reports interface, select a report, and then select Schedule Report from the Reports Ribbon (see Figure 11.28).
