Appendix B: Scrum and Continuous Risk Management in Scrum
This chapter introduces agile frameworks before going into detail about Scrum. After Scrum has been described, the closing section of this chapter explains how risk management is conducted in Scrum. Make sure that you have read Appendix A before reading this chapter as it provides the background information you need to obtain maximum value out of this chapter.
Tip: Scrum uses the term “sprint”; the agnostic agile term is “iteration.” They have the same meaning.
