The agile approach is very different from the predictive approach. It is not just a matter of the spiral system development model being different than the waterfall system development model. Some may argue agile is just a new notion for reinvented predictive project management. This might hold some truth, but most agile methodologies, tools, and techniques include mindset, values, morals, and principles that are the key essence of being agile.
