4.1 An Overview
With the vision in place, whether accepted as is or revised, you are now ready to turn ideas into reality by taking the next action, Explore, shown in Figure 4.1. However, you cannot do this alone. Input is required from stakeholders, especially team members. This entire action is focused on obtaining their ideas, input, and feedback.
The basic premise is that the people who do the work know the best way to achieve the vision. At this point, you can start engaging with the rest of the team, not just the core team members. The vision is now in place from which subsequent actions and activities emanate. You have to have a basis for communicating with all team members about meaningful change.
