Keyboard

The Keyboard control panel (Figure 43) enables you to select keyboard layouts to appear on the Keyboard menu, set key repeat options for keyboard operation, and assign items to function keys.

To set basic keyboard options

1.	Choose Apple menu > Control Panels > Keyboard (Figure 3) to display the Keyboard window (Figure 43).
2.	Turn on the check box beside each keyboard layout that you want to include on the Keyboard menu (Figure 44). Figure 44. When you select more than one language in the Keyboard Layouts area, a keyboard menu appears beside the application menu.
