THE CULTURE CHANGE MANAGEMENT PLAN
Most major cultural change initiatives (innovative change management [ICM]) are a combination of culture change management (CCM) and project change management (PCM). PCM ensures that the individual projects are in line with the desired cultural change, and CCM drives a change transformation across the organization that is in line with the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives. The CCM plan is a combination of the CCM and PCM initiatives. The following are the detailed activities that make up a typical innovative CCM initiative.
