Setting the Tone and Delivering the Goods

From sole traders to international corporations, content marketing is a great tool for creating loyal customers and growing profits. It is part of doing business today, and there has never been a more important time to write well.

Dictated by your ideal or core customer’s tastes, you need to work out the right tone of voice for your brand. Essentially, through this tone of voice your brand will build a “personality” that your customer can relate to. We all want to feel confident and secure in our choices, and that’s how you want your customer to feel about buying from you. You are the “safe pair of hands” or the “maverick”—whichever appeals to them, that’s what you need to be.
