Although not required, the following exercises explain several tasks that you should understand before continuing with Oracle Database 10g Express Edition.
EXERCISE 2.4: Accessing the Documentation
You will no doubt need to reference the Oracle Database Documentation Library for Oracle XE (see Figure 2-10) as you work with the product. The Oracle XE documentation is available online at OTN. To quickly start a new browser window and view the online documentation, choose Start | [All] Programs | Oracle Database 10g Express Edition | Get Help | Read Documentation, or click Documentation in the Links menu of the login screen for Oracle Application Express (refer to Figure 2-9).
