A deluge of AI experts has granted us the luxury of enjoying robust models suited to any unique use case our organization may have. Yet, it is not the models but their management where returns on investment tend to become evasive. Initiating AI journeys entails several components—from checking an organization’s readiness to use AI, given its requirements, to the very decision of whether to use AI to solve a problem. These two front-end assessments will be covered in this chapter before we move to the others in the next one.
