Congratulations, you’re at Chapter 2 already! Hopefully, you’ve managed to complete the first tutorial without encountering any problems. If you skipped the tutorial, try to at least flick through it, so that you know what we’ve covered, especially the 3ds Max setup information and the UVW mapping. As we have to cram so much into this one book, we will not be repeating things. Because of this, I advise you to complete the tutorials so that you don’t miss anything, even if you know what you are doing.
