access removal An activity within project closure during which both physical and digital access to facilities and assets are revoked.
accommodating See smoothing.
action item owner The team member who has ownership of an action item, including follow-up, resolution, or escalation.
action items Activities that are identified during the meeting as tasks that need to be completed or followed up on, generally before the next meeting occurs. Action items should require few resources, require only a few days to resolve, and not should cause delays in the project.
