I started my doctoral studies in early January 2015 (25 years after completing my Master of Arts degree in criminal justice at Temple University) at Colorado Technical University, completing my management doctorate in the middle of December 2017. While I was focused on my specialty, organizational resilience, my actual concentration was in organizational development and change. It is a foundational component of organizational resilience. For 3 full years, I worked every day to enhance my academic skills, and I received endless support and encouragement from my colleagues and professors.
