This chapter takes a “deep dive” into the world of stakeholders and their agendas, which play a massive role in shaping behaviors as well as decisions and actions, which in turn cause uncertainty.
But before we get into the different angles on stakeholders, let’s first be clear what we mean by them. I define a “stakeholder” as being “either a decision maker, or an influencer, or an implementor or a victim of some decision or action.” So, they can belong to different segments given that their power and influence may be quite different in not just strength but nature too.
