Managing Organizational Change Scenarios

Introduction

Soon after I began to play with scenario methods in my consulting, it became apparent that not only external environment but also the internal environment could be volatile. Whereas the cycles of external change could happen every five to ten years, they could occur once in six to twelve months internally. Organizational change strategies often seemed to be more emergent than their sister competitive strategies.

I turned that idea into a reality by storytelling.
