I have taught international strategy at several business schools, in addition to my consulting work. I gained by experiences at BP and the then ICI. So I have insights into uncertainty at an international level of strategy. The first thing to say here is that many of the tools and principles here are very similar, if not identical to, business unit and national strategy. So, we would find the same set of tools applicable.
