3. Anatomy of the NXT Brick
It’s difficult to exaggerate how important the NXT brick is to the Mindstorms set. Heck, LEGO even put “NXT” in the name of the product (see Figure 3.1)! The brick controls all the sensors and motors of your robot and can even communicate with other NXT bricks. Essentially, the NXT is a mini-computer very similar to a PC, only less powerful.
