6.1 Why Is Strategy Deployment Undertaken?
This manual has taken an unashamedly ‘bottom-up’ approach. This is borne from experience of how Continuous Improvement (CI) develops within most organisations that I have worked with over the years and what I believe is most effective. In considering the six stages of the Continuous Improvement Journey mentioned above, there is a logical case for reordering the sequence as in Figure 6.2.
