Chapter 13. Increasing Productivity with Templates
Achieving a consistent look-and-feel across a site can be a key challenge for the Web designer. Another, related challenge is the actual production of pages which are similar in all but particular content. Dreamweaver templates address both of these challenges elegantly. Once a Dreamweaver template has been created, pages derived from the template can be easily customized to display individual content and, at the same time, can be easily updated should any changes be made to the template.
