Scope

This chapter deals with the required behavior of executives working for companies in the international environment. It includes a brief section on how these executives should go about developing international operations for their firms. This chapter, like the chapters before it, is skills-, processes-, and roles-oriented, leaving the movement of goods, services, capital, and labor to their separate functional departments (marketing, finance, human resource management).
