The syntax is presented as:

Cache-control: no-cache=Set-cookie

On page 32 we see

Cache-control: no-cache="Set-cookie"

Final Paragraph of Section 10.1.2

The last paragraph of this section names the Novell product as
Border Manager, when in reality there is no space. The correct name is
BorderManager.

Novell had other caching software which is not mentioned in the text,
namely Novell Internet Caching System (NICS). This software division
has since been spun off to become its own company, Volera. I am sure
that this would be mentioned in future versions of this text.
