The following errata were submitted by our customers and have not yet been approved or disproved by the author or editor. They solely represent the opinion of the customer.

Under the above section there are weblinks available for errata and code download, neither link works.

The first http://www.dotnet2themax.com returns:

"The Website declined to show this page
This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage."

The second http://www.dotnet2themax.com returns

"The page cannot be found"
HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.

As such the code samples as stated on the back cover and in the text are unavailable for download, which is a major
deficiency.

Please update the errata on this site with a link where the code samples may be obtained.
