While Visual Source Safe is a very poor source code control system, it is capable of renaming
files without losing history, and moving is workable - you first share the file to the new
location then delete from the old.

Unless I don't understand PHP precedence rules, I suspect that "(!strlen($data) ==
$len)" may be a bug. I think that "(strlen($data) != $len)" is correct.
