Not really a mistake, but since (a) it is present even in generic ASCII fonts
(as character 0169), much less virtually every Unicode font (glyph 00A9),
so it would be misguided to insert it from the Symbol font instead, and
(b) it can be much more easily inserted by typing (c), since there is a
built-in AutoCorrect entry for it.
