Paragraph states that "Chapter 28 details the ipfw command..." However, I cannot find
an entry for ipfw in chapter 28, and this is the reference to the command listed in
the index.

'setenv' is missing

The first paragraph reads:

"Identical to gzip -d. Provided as a hard link to gzip. The -1 ... -9 and
corresponding long-form options are not available with gunzip; all other gzip options
are accepted. See gzip for more information."

Refering to gzip (pages 800-801), there are NO options labeled -1 ... -9 listed for
the gzip command.
